TL;DR
Utilize the exact name of your Text AI Agent within the enrollment "tag" value to ensure that SMS messages with the lead follow the intended conversational flow.
Identify the name of your Text AI Agent
Here's how to get started:
Login to your Structurely Account here
View your existing Text AI Agent(s) here
Take note of the exact name of the desired Text AI Agent as that will be the unique identifier that you'll use to enroll leads into the specified use case. 👆
(if you also have a Call AI Agent set up, it is likely that you'll be using this same identifier to create a calling Workflow within Structurely as well)
Tags can be set within your CRM to initiate lead enrollment either manually or automatically, and in most cases will follow a "Structurely (TA) : Text AI Name" format.
⚠️ Be sure to add the "Structurely (TA) : " portion of the tag value if need be!
Enrolling Leads via Upload:
To initiate a specific Text AI conversation for leads that are entered into Structurely via upload, you can simply select the appropriate Text AI Agent from Step 2 of the upload process under the "Conversation" drop-down.
(this will also apply the name-based tag value behind the scenes to incorporate any applicable Call AI workflows)
Text AI Enrollment + Multi Conversation Options:
For scenarios where you are utilizing the Multi Conversation feature to enroll a lead in a second or third SMS convo on an individual basis, you will have the option to pick the appropriate Text AI Agent directly from the "Select a new conversation" drop-down. 👇
