TL;DR
Create a new "Agent" within your Structurely Homechat account here
Upload a DOCX or PDF file (or choose to skip the file upload)
Define your use case and finalize the basic role of your new agent
Creating a Text AI "Agent"
Login to your Structurely Account here
Access the Text AI Agents page of the "AI Agents" section here
Select "Create Agent" as shown π
Do you have a pre-existing scripting document or reference materials?
If so, that list of qualifying questions that your AI Agent should communicate can be uploaded using our uploader tool (which supports DOCX + PDF files) π
Once your uploaded file has been processed, you will have an opportunity to review the information that has been extracted.
This is strictly a preview - any necessary edits can be made once the agent is officially created.
You can now choose to "Apply Script Data" to move forward with the ongoing file-based draft, or "Skip File Upload" to start from scratch with manual inputs.
No upload? No worries!
You can head straight to the "Skip File Upload" button at the bottom right corner of the uploader tool popup π
General Settings
You should now see the "General Settings" options within your Text AI Agent setupπ
Assign a unique label/name for the specific use case you have in mind. (This is NOT the name of your AI Assistant, that can be changed here)
βYou'll also want to define the "Conversational Intent" - explaining what the AI is offering to assist the lead with.
βOnce you are satisfied with these values, be sure to hit the "Create Agent" button to officially add this AI agent to your account!
βAs you continue the setup process you will notice an "Update Agent" button in its place - it is recommended to save your progress frequently, just in case.
π Nice job! π
It's time to hit that "Update Agent" button and move on to the next section >>> where we'll set up your text agent's intro.
