Disqualification Criteria
This ruleset allows you to define the circumstances (if any) in which the Text AI should gracefully end the conversation as the lead would be considered disqualified. 👇
If no such limitations exist for your company, that's okay! This is an optional setting and it is perfectly fine to leave your Text AI Agent with 0 criteria.
By default we will end communications with leads who are not interested, leads who report that we've reached a wrong number, etc. - these options are intended more so for specific scenarios and circumstances.
Conversation Outcomes
So - now what? Your Text AI is communicating with your lead and they're successfully reaching the end of the SMS conversation, but where do things go from here?
Well, that's up to you!
Conversation Outcomes allow you to specify what activity should be performed by the Text AI once a lead is qualified. 👇
Live Transfer Options 📞
Ready to chat with a lead as soon as they wrap up the text convo? Just be sure that the toggle for transferring to a human is ON (as shown above)
Alternatively, if you prefer to continue qualifying via Call AI - or prefer a warm transfer - the dropdown for the transfer to AI options should list all existing Call AI agents within your Structurely Homechat account.
Scheduling Options 🗓️
If you prefer to have your text assistant schedule an appointment for the lead based on your Structurely account settings, toggle the option ON here.
Alternatively, if you'd rather share a link directly to the lead for them to schedule their own appointment manually on your calendar (Calendly, etc.) that can be pasted into the External Scheduling Link block 👇
Please note, the system support only an assigned Agent's calendar OR an external scheduling link (not both).
