5. Nurture Campaign

Configure your preferred nurture cadence - how often should your AI attempt to re-engage your leads via text? πŸ“³

TL;DR

  • Determine whether or not you wish to send a "nudge" after the first text

  • Create a nurture campaign schedule of delayed touchpoints

  • Customize suppression criteria to determine when your AI should stop texting

Establish your lead nurture preferences

  • Login to your Structurely Account here

  • Choose the appropriate Text AI Agent here to view/edit

Maneuver to the "Nurture Campaign" section πŸ‘‡

Lead Nudge

The first option within these settings is fairly straightforward, specifying whether or not your Text AI Agent should send a short follow-up within 6-12 minutes of the initial text intro.

This is typically along the lines of "Just let me know if I can help" - statistically we do see a notable improvement in the response ratio when this nudge is ON, but you have the ability to turn it OFF using this toggle if you prefer.

Scheduling Touchpoints

The timing and cadence of the preset nurture messages within the Schedule can be edited using the dropdown arrow to the right πŸ‘‡

⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️

  • Offset based delay - refers to the amount of time that will have passed since the lead's last response (this will be reset and restarted with each reply)

  • Schedule based delay - allows you to preselect a specific day/time at which the nurture content will be sent (incorporates an underlying week-based offset)

  • The trash can icon can be used to delete an existing scheduled touchpoint

  • To schedule a new nurture campaign message, scroll to the bottom of the list and select "Add Nurture Configuration"

Suppression Rules

The logic under "Suppression" specifies the conditions that will prevent further texts from going out to a lead, limiting nurture campaign responses πŸ‘‡

  • It is recommend to keep the default lead priority=never & interest=not interested, these help your Text AI Agent to respect and comply with necessary opt-out handling.

  • The default parameters will also suppress any attempts to follow up with a lead by text if you already have a scheduled call or appointment on the books with them / if they inform the Text AI Agent that they are working with you directly / if they have been set to "Needs Follow Up" and an agent or rep is needed to handle next steps.

  • You can add in other criteria that will prevent future attempts to connect via Text AI if you discover disqualifying information via text - but the simpler way of handling that would be by specifying Disqualification Criteria directly.

πŸŽ‰ Nice job! πŸŽ‰

It's time to hit that "Update Agent" button and move on to the next section >>> where we'll discuss the Qualification settings.
