Specify call-based suppression, supported languages, custom drip content and more! ⚙️

TL;DR

  • Add a time-based "pause" to your text communications after a successful call

  • Clarify the languages (English, Spanish, French) that your AI should know

  • Dial in your AI Agent's persona and industry background

  • Utilize the specialized guidance area for specific instructions, context, etc.

  • Enable/disable random spelling errors throughout your text conversations

  • Add preset drip campaign messages for leads who've never responded


To begin customizing your Advanced Settings:

  • Login to your Structurely Account here

  • Choose the appropriate Text AI Agent here to view/edit

Maneuver to the "Advanced Settings" section 👇

Interactions With Calling

By default, any Text AI agent will avoid sending follow-up SMS messages for 60 minutes (1 hour) after any successful call.

You can adjust this timing as you see fit, or specify "0" minutes to disable the suppression feature entirely.


Supported Languages

The standard Text AI Agent is able to interpret and switch the language of the ongoing conversation to English, Spanish or French.

If you would like to adjust the supported languages, just toggle them on/off 👇


Persona & Industry

Define the industry that the AI is operating in, this context helps the AI know how to act - there will likely be a preset value based on your account settings 👇

Job Title + Communication Style

These fields are open-ended; please feel free to revise, omit, or add to the default suggestions as you see fit. 👇

Lead Type

We typically recommend leaving the Lead Type unset at this point in time 👇


Fine Tuning (aka Specialized Guidance)

Allows you to provide specific instructions, context, or constraints directly to the Text AI Agent to fine-tune how it communications.

These instructions should be directed to the AI using language such as "you should.." and "you are.." if need be. 👇


Response Generation | Spelling Errors

One of the standard features included with each Text AI Agent (to make them seem more human-like) is the tendency to occasionally misspell simple words and then follow-up with a quick correction to that typo.

If you'd prefer that your AI assistant not incorporate these typos, just toggle the Spelling Error Injection OFF 👇


Custom Drip Campaign

Do you have a tried-and-true drip campaign that you'd like to stick to for leads that haven't responded to your Text AI use case?

If so, you can add the specific messaging content here 👇

The setup is very similar to that of our Nurture Campaigns, allowing you to select either a schedule-based or offset-based delay for the cadence of the messages 👇

⚠️ The custom drip content relies heavily on the preset message template, so be sure to type or copy/paste in your desired drip message! ⚠️

Keep in mind that once a lead has replied or responded in some way, the Nurture Campaign will take over from that point onwards as the custom drips will have successfully completed their goal of prompting the lead to respond.
