Changes to the Greeting can be made within the gray box shown below (edits will be reflected in the "Defaults" preview) 👇
Did you know?
You can add a "Default" value by clicking on any merge field that is shown in red.. for example, you could input a default value of "there" for {name} so your Call Agent would say "Hi there" if the lead's name was not known.
There are other merge fields that you can add into these greetings if you like - the supported ones are accessible using the Add Slot { } button.
The basic preset values of {bot_name} and {agency_name} will be automatically set based on your Structurely account settings.
Be sure to carefully test that these fields are in fact being properly filled with data imported from your lead source / CRM, though default values are a useful stopgap if only a few leads will be missing that data. ⚠️
