TL;DR

  • Add qualifying questions for your AI Agent to ask the lead

  • Add answers (Q+A style) to help your AI Agent handle lead questions/objections

To add your suggested Guidelines:

  • Login to your Structurely Account here

  • Choose the appropriate Call AI Agent here to view/edit

Maneuver to the "Guidelines" section πŸ‘‡

"Add Question"

The items added within the "Questions" section are the conversational building blocks that your Call AI Agent will rely on during the call to keep things on track
(and will typically be asked in order).

We do recommend keeping these fairly concise as the AI will expand upon the suggested speaking points as it considers the context of the ongoing conversation.

  • You may notice the "Fill Slot" dropdown above the Question field - this is entirely optional though you are welcome to scroll through the list and assign a fitting slot to each question if you like.

  • Even without an explicitly assigned "slot" the Call AI Agent takes into consideration information that has been previously gathered by text/call for a certain lead to avoid asking repetitive questions.

"Add Answer"

Very similar to Knowledge Bases, the "Answers" section consists of Q+A style suggestions to help your Call AI Agent know how to handle questions, objections, etc. πŸ‘‡

It is recommended to create a Knowledge Base for shared information that would be applicable to any use case that you may create, but Answers can be useful for info that is uniquely specific for the current Call AI.

Need to edit, rearrange, or delete your Questions/Answers?

No problem at all! Use the icons at the right-hand side of each input to manipulate accordingly πŸ‘‡

  • the up/down arrows will shift each item in the list either earlier/later in the conversational flow as defined by the Guidelines

  • the pencil icon permits you to edit your previous inputs - just be sure to confirm any changes by selecting "Edit Question" or "Edit Answer" once those adjustments have been made

  • the trash bin icon will remove a specific item from either list

πŸŽ‰ Nice job! πŸŽ‰

It's time to hit that "Update Agent" button and move on to the next section >>> to take a look at your Qualification options.
