2. Pick your Greetings

Hi, hey, hello! You can add customized greetings for inbound and outbound calls. ☀️

TL;DR

  • Toggle the Enhanced Greetings "ON" or "OFF"

  • Input your preferred inbound, outbound, and scheduled greetings


Specifying your preferred Greetings

  • Login to your Structurely Account here

  • Choose the appropriate Call AI Agent here to view/edit

Maneuver to the "Greetings" section 👇

Are you also communicating with your leads using SMS communications (Text AI) via Structurely?

If so, that conversation history can actually be used to help your Call AI Agent to construct a customized variation of the call greetings using this toggle 👇

Planning to set up your Call AI to receive inbound calls?

Changes to the Inbound Call Greeting can be made within the gray box shown below (edits will be reflected in the "Defaults" preview) 👇

Outbound calls are typically the most common call type.

Changes to the Outbound Call Greeting can be made within the gray box shown below (edits will be reflected in the "Defaults" preview) 👇

The Text AI Greeting will be utilized if a call was triggered based on an ongoing SMS conversation or scheduled via text.

Did you know?

  • You can add a "Default" value by clicking on any merge field that is shown in red.. for example, you could input a default value of "there" for {name} so your Call Agent would say "Hi there" if the lead's name was not known.

  • There are other merge fields that you can add into these greetings if you like - the supported ones are accessible using the Add Slot { } button.

  • Be sure to carefully test that these fields are in fact being properly filled with data imported from your lead source / CRM, though default values are a useful stopgap if only a few leads will be missing that data. ⚠️
