Custom Answers allows you to customize how we respond to a lead when they ask us a specific question or if they respond to one of our questions a certain way!
π‘ Example of a Custom Answer: Do you have a link that would like to send to leads if they ask "How do I fill out an application?" - you can customize our response to send them the exact link and messaging you would use to have them complete an application! π‘
π To get started go to the Scripts page in your Structurely account.π
π On the lefthand side - choose "Answers"π
π Next choose which Answer from our Default Answers you would like to edit
π‘ For example, if you wanted to change how we responded when a lead asked what OUR name was - you would customize the Answer "Ask name"
π Using the 3 dots on the righthand side, select "Duplicate" π
π From the pop-up, click "Submit"π
Note you will not be able to edit the Answer Name
π Click on the text box to open up our default Answer so you can customize our response to when a lead asks "What is your name?"π
π From the sidebar that opens, you can now edit the Variations of Answers to this question!π
π You can have as many or as few Variations as you would like
However you MUST always have at least ONE Variation that contains no Merge Fields
π For more information on Variations - click HERE
π You can delete Variations by clicking the trashcan above the Variation and then "Delete" π
π Once you have made your edits be sure and click "Save Changes" in the top right and then click "Close"π

π From the pop-up, click "Confirm"π
π In the top right corner, the button will now read "Deactivate"π
