Go to Holmes Settings in your HomeChat Dashboard and toggle "Respond to Renter Leads" ON or OFF. (Will need to toggle both My Account and Agency if you're an Admin Team Leader or Broker)
👋 You can tell Structurely AI Assistant to qualify renter leads or not with a simple toggle, here's how:
👉 1. Log in to your Dashboard
👉 2. Click on the Settings tab in the left hand panel
👉 3. Click Holmes Settings from the Settings menu
👉 4. Toggle "Respond to Renters" OFF and click "Save"
❗ NOTE: If you are using an Admin account as a Team Leader or Broker you will see both My Account and Agency Holmes Settings.
You will need to toggle them both OFF if you don't work with renter leads in any form at your team or brokerage. ❗
Don't forget to click "Save Changes"!
How will Structurely AI Assistant respond to any renter leads you get when toggled OFF?
Good question, now if any renter lead makes it to you or your team Structurely AI Assistant respond as follows:
"Unfortunately our team doesn’t work in the rental market. It’d be best to consult a property management company or a local landlord to assist you further in your search for a rental."
