Once enabled, you will see a new icon on the left-hand panel within your HomeChat dashboard - this will open up the Dialer's modal window once selected π
Your call settings are automatically set to "Active" when you access the Dialer, this can be changed using the status dropdown menu:
When the Dialer window is closed out, your call settings will also be set to "Inactive" - causing any live transfer calls to be routed through your AI Assistant's number (as described here). π
π Incoming live transfer calls will otherwise be routed directly to any agents that are marked active within the assigned organization/team (providing they are not currently engaged in an ongoing call). π
Lead List Communications + Dialpad π²
There are currently two supported methods of reaching out to your leads using the HomeChat Dialer, lead lists and the direct dialpad.
1. Lead Lists π
Structurely's default "Needs Followup" list is generated based upon the text interactions within your AI Assistant's conversations π
You also have the option of uploading a custom lead list using a CSV, XLSX, or XLS file - once uploaded, this will be visible within the "Custom Lists" tab of your Dialer. π
When you "Select" a certain list, the Dialer will begin reaching out to the individuals within that group to connect you with a live lead.
Be sure to "Cancel" the Dialer if you wish to STOP calling once you have selected a lead list.
2. Dialpad
The dialpad is fairly straightforward, allowing you to manually input individual contact numbers π
Settings + Call Notes + More
Each organization / team / agency can create assignment settings for Dialer calls such as forwarding rules, pre-recorded messages, etc.
Call details will automatically be notated by your AI assistant based upon the communications had within your HomeChat Dialer, once the transcription recorded is processed π
π These insights can be viewed within the existing "Messages" section for the applicable lead, where you have the option to manually add a call disposition and/or call notes as well.HomeChat also allows you to create custom follow-up Tasks based upon your calls π
