Getting Started with the Structurely FUB Embedded App
👉 Ensure the Structurely FUB v2 integration is toggled on here 👇
👉 Go to your FUB account > integrations > click Structurely (at the bottom) 👇
👉 Click "enable" 👇
🎊 You've successfully connected the Structurely FUB Embedded App 🎊
Enrolling a Lead into Structurely
👉 In FUB, you'll now see the Structurely Embedded App on the People and Inbox pages 👇
(you may need to drag the app around on the right-hand panel to move it higher up)
👉 You can enroll leads into Structurely manually, from the dropdown in the Embedded App 👇
The values in the conversation dropdown are only default scripts Structurely supports - other scripts can be triggered via Tags in FUB for custom use cases
👉 Once you've clicked "Start Conversation" you will see the specific conversation as a FUB Tag, along with "Structurely: Active" indicating the conversation has started with that lead👇
❗ NOTE: Your Structurely lead delay will cause the lead to appear as though nothing is happening for a minimum of 1 minute ❗
👉 Once the first Structurely message goes out - you'll see it in the Embedded App as well as as a note in the FUB lead activity👇
👉 When a lead responds, you can see their message in the Embedded App, in the lead activity timeline, and a tag "Structurely: Responded" is added👇
👉 You can jump into a conversation at any time by typing your response in the Embedded App and sending your message - this will automatically remove the "Structurely: Active" tag from FUB, thus muting the AI👇

When sending your reply via the Structurely Embedded App, your response will be sent through your Structurely Phone Number.
If you reply to your lead via FUB, it will be sent via your FUB Phone Number

👉 View additional details extracted from the conversation in the Details tab of the Embedded App - or look at the Tags Structurely adds to FUB to categorize leads into specific qualification stages👇
Enrolling Leads into Structurely in bulk and automatically
👉 You can still bulk enroll leads into Structurely by adding a Tag to the leads you want👇
👉 Or you can set up leads to be automatically enrolled into Structurely using FUB Action Plans👇
👉 Then you will add that Action Plan to the Lead Flow(s) that you want to automatically enroll leads into Structurely👇
🎊 And that's it - all leads can be enrolled into Structurely using FUB Tags, or via the Structurely Embedded App - where they can then be managed 🎊
