👋 Let's connect your Structurely + Follow Up Boss accounts
🌟 (TL;DR)🌟
Enter your Follow Up Boss API Key in your HomeChat Dashboard > Integrations
If you're already sending your FUB leads to Structurely for qualification, you can now send the lead qualification data and conversation transcript BACK to your FUB CRM, automatically 🎉
Here's how to get setup:
👉 Login to your FUB Account here
👉 Click on the "Admin" icon on the top. Then click on "More" and click "API" from the dropdown.
👉 Click "Create API Key"
👉 Name the API key Structurely and click "Create API Key" again.
👉 Click "Copy" and then "Done"
👉 Now, go to your Dashboard in Structurely.
👉 Click on the "Settings Cog" on the left hand panel. Then click "Integrations".
Option 1: If you want to only sync data on YOUR PERSONAL LEADS only, select your name from the dropdown menu at the top of the screen. 👇
Option 2: If you want to sync data on ALL YOUR BROKERAGE/COMPANY OR TEAM LEADS, select that option from the dropdown menu at the top of the screen. 👇
❗ NOTE: You will only see the "Agency" section if you are an Admin for a team or brokerage. ❗
👉 Toggle "On" the Follow Up Boss CRM Integration
👉 Paste your API into the field and click "Submit"
🎊 Nice job, your FUB lead data will now be synced back to your FUB CRM!
Map your FUB Custom Fields to Structurely
👉 Once you've successfully configured your FUB v2 integration, you'll see an option to Map Custom Fields👇
👉 This is an OPTIONAL step, if you have data in FUB that you want Structurely to know about. For example, I have the following custom fields, such as Timeframe, I want to map into Structurely👇
👉 Click "Map Custom Fields" in Structurely, and map the Custom Fields in FUB to the values in Structurely you want it to sync to👇
👉 You can use this mapping for any custom field in FUB, even if the name doesn't align exactly in Structurely (although its recommended to try and keep the field mappings similar)
👉 These field mappings can then be used in Structurely conversations👇
👉 OR, my mapping in the fields from FUB, you can tell Structurely to outright skip the question altogether in the conversation
Either way, this optional step is recommended to configure, so that Structurely can have insights into the same data on a lead as is available in FUB.
