Setting up your Scheduling Link

Got a Calendly, HubSpot or other scheduling link you want to use to schedule appointments with leads? Add it to Structurely, here's how.

👋 Have you ever wanted Structurely to send your leads your calendar scheduling link so they directly book an appointment with you?

Structurely's new Appointment Scheduling setting can help you do just that 👇

How to set up a Scheduling link in Structurely 👇

👉First, click "Settings" on the lefthand nav bar, then click into AI Settings👇


​ 👉Now, enter your scheduling link in the My Account or Agency settings (or our recommendation is to enter it both places)👇

👉Then don't forget to click save on those settings


​ 👉You can now see the scheduling_link merge field in your Scripts that will automatically use the link you saved in your settings👇

🎊 And viola, that's it! Your AI is now using your scheduling link to set qualified appointments for you
