πŸ‘‹ Let's get your Structurely AI Assistant connected with your own Twilio account.

Keep in mind 🚨 Once you configure a legitimate token, EVERY number you provision will use that new access token (it's not possible for a client to disable BYOT) 🚨

Here's how to get set up:

1. Log in to your Twilio account here

2. Log in to your Structurely account and go to Lead Sources ➑️ Text messaging tab here

3. Toggle ON the "Use my own Twilio phone number" option

πŸ‘‰ In your Twilio dashboard, locate your Account ID and Access Tokens, then paste your Twilio credentials into the respective fields in Structurely πŸ‘‡

Once your credentials have been submitted, you should be able to configure a new phone number from this same page πŸ‘‡

Tell us if it didn't work!

Having trouble syncing your Twilio?

If this is the case, you can send an email to help@structurely.com and we will get back to you!
