πŸ‘‹ Let's get your Structurely AI Assistant connected with your very own Twilio account.

🌟 (TL;DR)🌟

  1. Have an existing Twilio account that you can log in to here

  2. Go to your Structurely Lead Sources ➑️ Text messaging tab here

  3. Toggle the "Use my own Twilio phone number" toggle

  4. Enter your Twilio Account SID, Authentication Token and Phone number SID

  5. You should now see your Twilio phone number in Structurely, ready for use

Here's how to get set up:

πŸ‘‰ Log in to your Twilio account here

πŸ‘‰ Log in to your Structurely account and go to Lead Sources ➑️ Text messaging tab here

πŸ‘‰ Toggle the "Use my own Twilio phone number" toggle

πŸ‘‰ In your Twilio dashboard, locate your Account SID and Auth Token here πŸ‘‡

πŸ‘‰ Paste your Twilio credentials into the respective fields in Structurely πŸ‘‡

πŸ‘‰ Find an Active number in Twilio and click on it, or if you have none, buy a new phone number, the continue following the steps below πŸ‘‡

πŸ‘‰ Copy the Phone Number SID for the phone number you wish to use in Structurely πŸ‘‡

πŸ‘‰ Paste that Phone Number SID into the corresponding field in Structurely and click Submit πŸ‘‡

πŸ‘‰ You should now see your Twilio phone number and credentials appear successfully in Structurely πŸ‘‡

🎊 Nice job, your Leads will now be responded to by your Structurely AI Assistant using the Twilio phone number you provided during these steps!

Okay, so here's how to make sure it's working

Send a text message to the Twilio phone number listed above after final setup is complete

πŸ‘ Then, in your Structurely inbox, you should see a conversation appear between your personal phone number and the Twilio phone number you just set up!

Tell us if it didn't work!

If you cannot see a conversation in Structurely then we've set something up incorrectly πŸ‘€

If this is the case, you can send an email to help@structurely.com and we will get back to you!
