👋 Let's get Holmes setup with your Realtor.com account.
Here's how to get setup:
👉 Login to your Realtor.com account here
👉 Hover over your profile icon in the top right. From the dropdown select the "Settings" tab 👇
👉 Click "Lead Settings" 👇
👉 Under "Configure your lead settings", you will need to edit both "Advantage Pro" and "Profile Leads" 👇
❗ NOTE: Some Realtor.com accounts may have "Courtesy Leads", which would also need to be edited using the step below ❗
👉 In each section (Advantage Pro, Profile leads and for some, Courtesy leads) enter your email@example.com email and change the lead type to "Lead Parsing" - then click "Save"👇
You can send a test if you want 😄
🎊 Nice job, your Realtor.com leads will now be responded to by Holmes!
Okay, so here's how to make sure it's working
Go to a contact form that funnels to your Realtor.com account on your website and fill out the lead inquiry form.
Please use your own name and phone number to fill out this test form. 😅
👍 You should have now received a response from Holmes via SMS through your Holmes Phone Number to the number you filled out.
You should also see a new lead in your Holmes Dashboard with the lead's contact details and with the message Holmes responded with.
