πŸ‘‰ Click HERE to access your HomeChat account within Structurely

From any page within the HomeChat Dashboard of your Structurely account, you can select the "Create Lead" button located on the far upper-right πŸ‘‡

(You can also add new leads by accessing the "Leads" tab found HERE - Once on the Leads tab, click "Create Lead" in the top right corner πŸ‘‡)

πŸ‘‰ In the pop-up window, enter the lead's full name (first and last) and their email address and/or phone number:

πŸ‘‰ You will also select which of our default conversation types you wish to enroll the lead in from the drop down menu.

Please note - this is currently a comprehensive list of ALL default scripts that Structurely has available, including Multi Conversations and potentially other industries / domains that are not set up in your account. ⚠️

*We do require a conversation type to be selected for lead creation, though we anticipate offering a lead staging option in the future where leads can be created and not yet enrolled into a live convo.

At the moment, we do NOT support the application of custom tags / scripts within the manual lead creation process (for the time being).

πŸ‘‰ Once you have completed all fields, and verified that the lead you are adding meets the opt-in criteria stated, select the "Create a Lead" button πŸ‘‡

πŸŽ‰ Upon the creation of each new lead, we will automatically initiate the selected conversation type with that individual. πŸŽ‰

You will see the lead source listed as "UI" within the Leads tab (HERE) for any leads that are created within HomeChat:

🎊 You're all set! If you have any questions shoot us a message via the little floating live chat bubble in the bottom right of this page πŸ˜ƒ

Or you can send an email to help@structurely.com and we'll get back to you!
