How to re-enroll leads in Structurely, back through Structurely through Multi Conversations

Opt in to using the Multi Conversations BETA. Then click the icon and re-enroll your existing lead into a new Structurely Conversation.

Opting into Multi Conversations

If you already have leads in Structurely that you want to re-enroll, keep reading how to use the new BETA Multi Conversations feature.

Here's how to get setup:

πŸ‘‰ Go to your Structurely lead Inbox here

πŸ‘‰ Click the Multi Conversations icon πŸ‘‡

πŸ‘‰ Click "Yes" to opt into the Multi Conversations BETA πŸ‘‡


Enrolling a lead into Multi Conversations

πŸ‘‰ Click the Multi Conversations Icon on a lead you want to re-enroll into a new conversation, then click the drop down πŸ‘‡

πŸ‘‰ Pick the new conversation you want to re-enroll the lead into and click "Start Conversation" πŸ‘‡

πŸ‘‰ You will see a message indicating the new conversation has started, but the first message will take a few moments to send out πŸ‘‡

πŸ‘‰ You will now see the new Multi Conversation message was sent out, indicating the new conversations has started πŸ‘‡

❗ NOTE ❗

Once the new conversation has begun, the text + email drip campaigns begin as well, if the lead remains unresponsive.

And that's it! Your lead is now re-enrolled in another conversation. πŸš€


Changing the Lead Type & Available Multi Conversation Scripts

❗ NOTE ❗

You will only see available new conversation types based on the current lead type the lead you have selected is.

e.g. if your lead is a Buyer, you'll see Buyer Multi Conversation scripts. If they are a Seller, you'll see Seller Multi Conversation scripts.

To change the current lead type, click Lead Type from the right-hand lead profile and change them to a new lead type πŸ‘‡

(Currently Available) Buyer Multi Conversation Scripts:

Description

buyer cash offer

Send to buyers who've made a cash offer to check in on where they're at

buyer contingency

For buyers who need to sell their current home before buying

buyer on hold

For buyers who previously indicated they had to pause their search

buyer past client

For old buyer leads who closed with you who you want to check in on

buyer post close

For buyers who just closed who you want to congratulate and ask for more business

buyer post first showing

For buyers who you've just shown a property to and want to touch base with

buyer post offer

For buyers who just submitted an offer who you want to check in on

buyer pre-close

For buyers who are getting close to closing who you want to update
