NOTE: When to add Teams vs Agents:
Teams should be used and thought of as "sub-accounts". Teams typically operate under a different Agency Name than the Agency Name provided for the main Structurely account.
For example: the Brokerage Agency Name may be "Example Brokerage of Primary Location" but the brokerage has teams in different locations, so the Team Agency Name should be "Example Brokerage of Team Location"
Still unsure if you should create a Team account? ASK US!
👉 From the Dashboard of your Structurely account - click on the Organization icon on the far left side of your screen👇
👉 Once on the Organization tab, click "Invite Teams" in the top right corner👇
👉 In the pop-up window, enter the Team's Name and the email address of the Team Lead (they will be given admin access to the Team account)
👉 Once you have completed all fields, click Submit👇
After you invite the Team Lead, they will receive an invitation email. They will need to follow the link in this email to finish setting up their Structurely account.
Additional agents can then be added at the Team level, if needed. For help on inviting Agents, click HERE.
Note invitation emails expire after 24 hours - so be sure and give your Team Lead a heads up to be on the lookout for the email!
