👋 Let's get your Structurely AI Assistant setup with your Boomtown account.
🌟 (TL;DR)🌟
You'll simply need create a filter in your Outlook account to forward your Boomtown lead notification emails to your first.last@structurely.me email (found in your Structurely dashboard)
Here's how to get setup:
👉 Log in to your Outlook account
👉 Select the "Settings" icon from the top right then select "View all Outlook Settings" at the bottom of the list.👇
👉 Select "Rules" then "Add new rule" 👇
👉 Name your New Inbox Rule "Boomtown to Structurely" (or whatever you like) 👇
👉 From the Add an Action section, select "From" from the dropdown. 👇
👉 In the new field, type "no-reply@boomtownroi.com" and hit enter on your keyboard to lock in the value. Then click "Add another condition"👇
👉 From the new dropdown, find and select the "Subject or body includes" field👇
👉 In the new field type in the below words, one at a time, hitting enter on your keyboard after each word to lock in the text

👉 Now, go to the "Add an action" section and click the dropdown, then find and select the "Redirect to" field👇
👉 In the new field, type your unique first.last@structurely.me email (found in your Structurely dashboard) and hit enter on your keyboard👇
❗ ❗ ❗ YOU CAN THEN CLICK SAVE IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT ❗ ❗ ❗
👉 Your new rule should now be saved and toggled ON, and should look like below👇
🎊 Nice job, your Boomtown leads will now be responded to by your Structurely AI Assistant!
Okay, so here's how to make sure it's working
Go to a contact form that funnels to your Boomtown account on your website and fill out the lead inquiry form.
Please use your own name and phone number to fill out this test form. 😅
👍 You should have now received a response from your AI Assistant via SMS through your Structurely AI Assistant's Phone Number to the number you filled out.
You should also see a new lead in your HomeChat Dashboard with the lead's contact details and with the message your Structurely AI Assistant responded with.
