👋 Let's get your Structurely AI Assistant setup with your Sierra Interactive account.
🌟 (TL;DR)🌟
You'll simply need to enter in your first.last@structurely.me email (found in your Structurely dashboard) in to your Sierra Interactive account dashboard.
Here's how to get setup:
👉 Login to your Sierra Interactive account
👉 In the top right corner, click on your profile picture
👉 From the drop down, select "My Notification Settings" 👇
👉 Locate your notification settings for "New Lead" 👇
👉 Based on your team set-up, you will want to determine which New Leads you would like sent to Structurely for your AI Assistant to engage with 👇
👉 If you would like ALL leads sent to your AI Assistant, regardless of who the lead is assigned to within Sierra, you will complete the bottom portion
(Note that only primary account managers have access to this setting)
👉 If you would like only YOUR leads sent to your AI Assistant, you will complete the top portion.
👉 Once you determine which leads you would like to send to your AI Assistant, toggle ON the setting for "Send email to another address"👇
👉 In the field that appears, plug in your unique Structurely forwarding address found HERE in your account👇
❗❗Sierra Interactive has a few different types of notifications for different leads that you may wish to send to your AI Assistant❗❗
👉 If you would like to send more than just "New Leads" to Structurely for your AI Assistant to engage, you will simply need to follow the above steps for any additional notification settings

👉 After you have plugged in your forwarding address to all notification settings you wish to send to your AI Assistant, hit SAVE in the bottom right corner 👇
🎊 Nice job, your Sierra Interactive Leads will now be responded to by your Structurely AI Assistant
Okay, so here's how to make sure it's working
Go to a contact form that funnels to your Sierra Interactive account and fill out the lead inquiry form.
Please use your own name and phone number to fill out this test form. 😅
👍 You should have now received a response from your AI Assistant via SMS through your Structurely AI Assistant's Phone Number to the number you filled out.
You should also see a new lead in your HomeChat Dashboard with the lead's contact details and with the message your Structurely AI Assistant responded with.
