👋 Let's get your Structurely AI Assistant set up to start emailing your contacts!
🛑 STOP 🛑 Before Email AI will work on your account, please reach out to the Structurely team to request that email be activated for your account. Contact us by:
Chatting with us through the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen
OR
Emailing us at help@structurely.com
👉 Once our team has confirmed that Email AI is active on your account, go to the Lead Sources tab in your Structurely account.
👉 A new tile should have appeared called "Emailing", click on Configure under Emailing👇
Note - if the "Emailing" tile is not available, refresh your page
👉 Under "AI assistant Emailing", click the Connect button to generate your assistant's email address and fully activate Email AI!👇
❗❗❗ NOTE❗❗❗ Once this step is complete, we will begin texting AND emailing ALL of your contacts that come in with both an email address and phone number❗❗❗

👉 Now when your contacts come through with both an email address and phone number, you will see two introduction texts sent out at the same time - one via email and one via text!👇
👉 Responses from contacts will show which channel they were sent through 👇
👉 If you would like to send a manual message, you can choose which channel you would like to send the message through👇
🎊 Your Structurely AI Assistant is now set up to respond to contacts through both email and text!
Okay, so here's how to make sure it's working
Go to a contact form that funnels into Structurely and fill out a contact inquiry form
Please use your own name, phone number AND email address to fill out this test form. 😅
👍 You should have now received a response from your AI Assistant via SMS and email
You should also see a new lead in your Structurely Dashboard with the lead's contact details and with the messages your Structurely AI Assistant responded with.
