πŸ‘‹ Let's get your Structurely AI Email Assistant set up on a custom domain

🌟 (TL;DR)🌟
Enter the uniquely generated TXT record values found in your Email Lead Source settings into your DNS provider. Then enter the username you want to send and receive emails from at your custom domain

Here's how to get setup:

πŸ‘‰ Go to the lead source settings in your HomeChat account. You should see no Domains (unless you've previously registered one through Structurely. You can have multiple) πŸ‘‡

πŸ‘‰ Type the domain you own into the Domain Name box, and click "add domain"πŸ‘‡

πŸ‘‰ You will now see the domain you just entered in the domain list. It will have a status of unverified. Click on the line/record itself.πŸ‘‡

πŸ‘‰ You will be directed to your domain verification records (which are unique to you). You must now copy each value and paste it into your domain record managerπŸ‘‡

❗ ☝️ NOTE: the records shown above will be unique to every user ☝️ ❗

πŸ‘‰ Once you've pasted these values into your DNS manager, continue clicking the "verify" button until the status field for all 3 records becomes "valid"
(note this could take up to a few minutes to allow the DNS records to propagate) πŸ‘‡

πŸ‘‰ Go back to the AI Assistant emailing page. You will now see the domain you just verified as "Active" πŸ‘‡

πŸ‘‰ Type the email user name (in this example, "scout"), then select the domain you just verified from the dropdown. Then click "Add Email" πŸ‘‡

❗ ☝️ NOTE: this email must exist for this set up to work. If you have questions regarding setting up emails under your domain, talk to your email provider administrator ☝️ ❗

πŸ‘‰ The custom email your AI Assistant will send and receive from is now set up! You can copy it to your clipboard for the next steps. πŸ‘‡

Just one more step and we're done πŸ˜ƒ

In order to actually put your custom domain to use, we must now forward a copy of all emails in the actual custom inbox you just set up (in this example, scout@flyovertechfest.com) to your unique messagingassistant.com email.
