Create custom Structurely AI that engage all your leads and customers through any messaging channel. Connect Zendesk + Zendesk Sunshine Conversations to have full 2-way sync between your Structurely AI and your Zendesk products and channels. Here's how to get setup:

👉 Login to your Structurely Account here
👉 While staying logged In to Structurely, log in to Zendesk Sunshine Conversations in another tab here
👉 Once logged in to both Structurely + Zendesk Sunshine Conversations, click the button below to authenticate the 2 apps together 👇
👉 Select the app in Smooch (Zendesk Sunshine Conversations) that you'd like to connect Structurely to 👇
*in this example, i'll be using the app "Really Cool Company"
👉 Click "Allow" to complete the authentication, after reviewing the requested permissions 👇
👉 After clicking "allow" - you will be redirected back to Structurely. You can verify the integration worked by logging into your Sunshine
Conversations account and viewing the Overview for the app you just connected - you should see the Structurely integration 👇
👉 You can now add integrations to the Sunshine Conversations app(s) you have added the Structurely integration to (in this example, Mailgun) 👇
You can also add the Structurely integration to Sunshine Conversation apps of which already have existing integrations (simply follow the same steps listed above) ❗
Okay, so here's how to make sure it's working
Message the integration channel(s) you connected to the Zendesk Sunshine Conversations app which also has the Structurely integration.
In this example we used Mailgun. So by emailing the unique Mailgun email I associated with this app logs will appear showing that the message was received, sent to Structurely and the Structurely bot replied over that same channel.
If you have also integrated Zendesk, you will see logs appear here also indicating the message history was sent back to Zendesk in real time
