The 3 pillars we follow for SalesForce CRM integration are:
1) Get new leads from your SalesForce
2) Sync our conversations back to the lead profile in the SalesForce
3) Mute Structurely from the conversation within SalesForce
1) Get new leads from your SalesForce
Trigger leads based on any new SalesForce record (lead, contact, account, contact request, note, opportunity, etc (there are hundreds of these trigger options to choose from)
In this example, we'll use a new Contact as the trigger👇
Anytime a new contact is created, we can pull in their relevant data 👇
âť—NOTE:
We can filter on all the available data from SalesForce. e.g. if we do not want to engage Contacts who do not have an email address (for example) we could simply filter those out at any point during this integration
âť—
2) Sync our conversations back to the lead profile in the SalesForce
Anytime Structurely sends out a message to a lead, or a lead replies we log that message as a note (or some other event, such as a custom even, or custom field)
In this example, we'll add each new message as a Note 👇
Here, you can see the message from the lead "4 bed" was created as a note in SalesForce (above)
âť—A new note will be created for every message to and from the lead âť—
3) Mute Structurely from the conversation within SalesForce
Trigger muting Structurely using any custom field value in SalesForce on any object (contact, account, opportunity, etc)
In this example, we've added a custom field, structurely_muted, on the Contact - which, when checked, will automatically mute Structurely👇
You can see the lead is now muted in Structurely

Everything here is uniquely customizable to your SalesForce instance.
Depending on other integrations, if you do want to communicate with the lead directly using the Structurely phone number, you may have to log in to Structurely to do that.
