Now that you've added a Qualifier you can edit it's questions and answers

Questions

❗ It is VERY important to always ask your Qualifier Questions in a similar way to the name of the Qualifier

i.e. in the Agent Status Qualifier Question - do not ask "Are you working with an appraiser?"

Otherwise, your conversation quality may be drastically decreased!
❗

👉  Start by editing the Default Question under the Questions tab. You will have no Conditions or Variations on this Question to start. Start by adding a Condition 👇

💡 What is a Condition?
Imagine a lead fills out a form and says "I'd like to purchase a vacant lot"

You'd want to your message to reference they are looking for vacant land. So you'd add a Condition of Property Type is Vacant Land

💡

👉  In this example, I added the "Timeframe is this year" condition. To write your Question under this Condition, click Add Variation.   👇

👉  Tailor your Question to the qualifier (Agent Status in this example) and the Condition (Timeframe is this year). You can add as many variations of this question as you'd like  👇

👉  You can create any number of Questions to ask that Qualifier Question in any number of ways using Conditions. Click "Add Question" 👇

👉  We've now added TWO different questions, that will be asked in difference scenarios, using the Conditions below (Timeframe and Financing Status) 👇

Answers

💡 What is an Answer?
Imagine a lead fills replies to your question in the examples above saying "No, I'm not working with an agent yet"

You'd want to customize how you reply back. As well as create multiple Answers for the different ways a lead might answer. You can do this by creating Answers with Conditions

NOTE: Answers are always coupled with Questions in a Qualifier. Which means your lead should always be answering the Question defined in the Questions tab ❗

💡

👉  By default, your new Answer will come with a pre-defined DEFAULT Answer containing 4 Variations.

Notice how there is NO Conditions on this Answer. You MUST always have at least 1 Answer without a Condition, such as this.

To create a new Answer, click "Add Answer" to start defining your custom Answers👇

👉  Now that you've added a new Answer, you can define Conditions and Variations for it. Start by clicking "Add condition"👇

👉  Since we're editing the Agent Status Qualifier, you will want to create Answers using the Agent Status Condition👇

💡 Why is this?
Imagine a lead fills replies to your question in the examples above saying "No, I'm not working with an agent yet"

You'd want to customize how you reply back. As well as create multiple Answers for the different ways a lead might answer. You can do this by creating Answers with Conditions

💡

👉  You should define multiple Answers using multiple conditions. To start, we will create an Answer for Agent Status is False. Once you've added the "Agent Status is false" Condition, click "Add Variation" and type in your message👇

👉  Now you have a Default Answer, and one Conditional Answer (Agent Status is false) -- let's add one more -- click "Add Answer"👇

👉  Add another Answer using the Agent Status is TRUE Condition. Then, add a Variation and type your message.👇

🎊 WOOOOO, CONGRATS! You've just defined a custom Question and Answer combination (known as a Qualifier) 🎊
