Lead types are determined by Structurely from info given from your CRM or lead source provider, or through conversation. Once we know the given lead type, we apply the script that you have set to respond to that specific type of lead.
*Lead Types PLUS Contact Source are what are used to determine which script to apply to which leads

Structurely will ALWAYS determine the lead type for you, either based on what the lead says in a conversation, or more commonly, from what is told to us from the Lead Source or CRM where we receive the lead

A lead who's lead type we do not know yet (we always try to determine their lead type, so the first question we always ask General leads is what they need help with)Buyer:

Creating a Script using Lead Type
