If a lead comes in at 2 am, that lead has made the first contact attempt. We will then respond to that lead, and carry out the rest of the conversation at that time.
đ All other leads will be engaged ONLY during the established business hours.
5. Will my AI Assistant text people in the middle of the night?
Yes and no - Structurely AI Assistant will only communicate outside of business hours if the lead makes first contact.
