In accounts Growth or above you have the ability to add agents to your team. They can have their own account and can connect their CRM so that any lead that is routed to them in their CRM will go to their Structurely account.

If leads are generated at the team level and assigned to agents, we copy the lead routing rules you have set up in your CRM. If Andy agent is assigned a lead in your CRM, Andy agent would also be assigned that lead in Structurely and we'll respond on behalf of Andy agent. This allows lead routing to stay consistent between your CRM and Structurely.
