As Structurely AI Assistant qualifies your leads there will be a point where follow-up is required. This could mean that the lead is ready to set an appointment or they are inquiring about specific information beyond the capacity of your AI Assistant.

Most users wait until they are notified that follow-up is required to handle the lead on their own. However, you do have the freedom to jump in to the conversation whenever you like.

Notifications are sent to you via push notifications through our mobile app, email and text message in special cases.
