The Structurely AI will conform to FCC and State / Local rules when making outbound calls, this may override your settings here. For instance, federal rules mandate that outbound calls may only be made between 8AM and 9PM.
The Structurely AI will always answer inbound calls as long as the number is assigned to a Call AI agent.
The Structurely AI will respond to Text/Email when Active. If the AI is Sleeping it will respond at the next Active time. When the AI is Inactive, it will not respond to, or enroll leads.
