Each agent should have their own Structurely account.

We will copy your CRM's lead routing rules so when Andy agent is assigned a lead in your CRM, Andy agent will also be assigned that lead within Structurely to keep lead routing consistent between your CRM and Structurely.

Agents will only be able to see leads in their Structurely account that have been assigned to them through your CRM.

We can work with any lead routing rules you have set up in your CRM but round robin lead routing is the most popular.
