👉 Holmes is responding to a new lead
Get notified when Structurely AI Assistant is engaging a new lead via email and push notification, immediately.
👉 You've been assigned a new lead
Structurely's Dashboard can copy and mirror all lead assignment done in your CRM. Admins can also assign leads manually through the HomeChat Dashboard.
These notification settings will alert you via mobile and email when a new lead has been assigned to you in Structurely's HomeChat Dashboard.
👉 When a lead has messaged
When a lead responds, you will receive a push notification or email. (Note a new notification will be sent every time a lead responds)
👉 When Holmes has messaged
Get notified when Structurely AI Assistant responds to a lead on your behalf, and what she responded with via push notification.
👉 When a lead needs an agent to follow-up
Get notified when a HOT lead needs an agent to follow-up via push, email or SMS. (You can read more about how we define an "agent ready" lead here)
👉 When an "agent ready" lead hasn't been followed-up with in 30 minutes
The last thing you want to do is keep your HOT, agent ready leads waiting. Get notified if you still need to follow-up with an agent ready lead after 30 minutes of no activity in your HomeChat Dashboard.
👉 When a lead has been claimed by another agent
Structurely's HomeChat Dashboard allows you to apply a "first to claim" lead assignment rule if you belong to a team or brokerage.
Toggle this setting on if you'd like an email notification when an available lead has been claimed by another agent.
