Your leads, automatically categorized based on their responsiveness, interest, and readiness to move forward 🚀

Not sure which leads need your attention? With Stages, your leads are automatically categorized for you based on the following:

Stages Types:

  1. Responded

  2. Unresponsive (in Drip Campaign)

  3. Interested

  4. Not Interested

  5. Agent Follow-up

👉  Access Stages from your HomeChat Dashboard 👇 

👉  OR access Stages from your HomeChat Inbox👇 

👉  Select the Stage you want to filter by and click "Apply"👇 (only 1 stage can be selected at a time)

👉  The Stage you applied will appear in a Grey Tag ( ❗NOTE: Stages can be applied with other filters, such as the "Open" filter below ) 👇

Applying Advanced Filters

Let's say you want to find all leads that:

  1. need Agent Follow-up BUT 

  2. haven't been engaged by an agent yet

Here's how to create that filter:

👉  Click the dropdown arrow and Select "Stages"👇

👉  From Stages, Select "Agent Follow-up" and click Apply👇

👉  Click the dropdown arrow and Select "Types"👇

👉  From Types, Click "Agent Engagement" then select "Not Engaged". Then click Apply👇

👉  The "Not Engaged" and "Agent Follow-up" tags are now applied (NOTE: "Open" is applied by default, which you can remove)👇

🎊 Nice work! You just filtered your leads by those that need agent follow-up and who have not yet received any agent follow-up.
