👋 Let's connect your Structurely + LionDesk accounts
🌟 (TL;DR)🌟
You'll simply need to log in to LionDesk in your HomeChat Dashboard > Integrations
If you're already sending your LionDesk leads to Structurely for qualification, you can now send the lead qualification data and conversation transcript BACK to your LionDesk CRM, automatically 🎉
Here's how to get setup:
👉 Login to your Structurely Home Chat account here
👉 Go to the "Settings" tab > then "Integrations" (here) 👇
👉 Click on "Connect to LionDesk"
❗ If you want to only sync data on YOUR PERSONAL LEADS, paste in your LionDesk API Key in the "My Account" section ❗
❗ If you want to sync data on ALL YOUR BROKERAGE OR TEAM LEADS, paste in your LionDesk API Key in the "Agency" section. ❗ 👇
❗ NOTE: You will only see the "Agency" section if you are an Admin for a team or brokerage. ❗
👉 Login to your LionDesk account
👉 Allow Structurely permission to information your LionDesk account
👉 Don't forget to hit the "Save" button 😸
🎊 Nice job, your LionDesk lead data will now be synced back to your LionDesk CRM!
Here's how it will look:
👉 The Activity Timeline and Custom Fields will be updated in your LionDesk CRM in realtime from the conversations Structurely AI Assistant has
All data between Structurely + LionDesk will be synced in real time:
