πŸ‘‹ Β Let's connect your Structurely + Chime accounts

🌟 (TL;DR) 🌟
You'll simply need to enter in your Chime API Key in your HomeChat Dashboard > Integrations

If you're already sending your Chime leads to Structurely for qualification, you can now send the lead qualification data and conversation transcript BACK to your Chime CRM, automatically πŸŽ‰

Here's how to get setup:

πŸ‘‰ Β Login to your Chime Account here

πŸ‘‰ Β Click on the "Settings Cog" icon on the top. Then click on "Integrations" in Β the left hand panel. Scroll to the bottom of the integrations page and click "Copy" to on your API Key πŸ‘‡Β

πŸ‘‰ Β Now, go to your HomeChat Dashboard. Click on the "Settings Cog" on the left hand panel. Then click "Integrations".

If you want to only sync data on YOUR PERSONAL LEADS only, select your name from the dropdown menu at the top of the screen. πŸ‘‡

If you want to sync data on ALL YOUR BROKERAGE OR TEAM LEADS, select your brokerage from the dropdown menu at the top of the screen. πŸ‘‡

Β

❗ NOTE: You will only see the "Agency" option if you are an Admin for a team or brokerage. ❗

Toggle ON the Chime CRM integration

πŸ‘‰Paste in the API key that you copied from Chime and click "Submit"

🎊  Nice job, your Chime lead data will now be synced back to your Chime CRM!

Here's how it will look:

πŸ‘‰ Β The Conversation transcript Structurely AI Assistant has with your lead will automatically be added as a "Note" to that lead in Chime πŸ‘‡Β

Β

❗ NOTE: The notes will be updated every 15 mins automatically ❗

Tell us if it didn't work!

If you don't see your transcription history and other lead data synced back to your Chime CRM feel free to let us know via the little floating chat bubble!

Or you can send an email to help@structurely.com and we will get back to you!
