Each Text AI Agent (found here) can be configured with a unique scheduling link.
Navigate to the settings of the intended Text AI Agent by selecting "View / Edit"
... then scroll to the Qualification tab where you can paste in your external link 👇
Be sure to finalize your changes using the "Update" button to the upper right!
Along those same lines, Call AI Agents (found here) can be configured to send an SMS after a successful call.
Navigate to the settings of the intended Call AI Agent by selecting "View / Edit"
... then scroll to the Qualification tab where you can paste in your external link within the Follow-Up Template 👇
You will also need to instruct the AI when it should send the link (the Description), and specify a verbal heads up that will be spoken immediately before that SMS is sent (the Start Message) 👇
Be sure to finalize your changes using the "Update" button to the upper right!
