TL;DR
You'll need an GoHighLevel account and a Structurely account.
Obtain your GoHighLevel API Key
Go to your Structurely settings and toggle "ON" GoHighLevel and add the OAuth Token when prompted
Finalize the setup process within Structurely

Establish enrollment and/or mute workflows using "Lead Updated" and "Appointment Updated" events and trigger criteria from GoHighLevel π
Connect Structurely + GoHighLevel
Here's how to get setup:
π Obtain an GoHighLevel API Key
The company administrator of your GoHighLevel account should be able to provide this for you:
"HighLevel supports the Authorization Code Grant flow with v2 APIs. Please find the step-by-step procedure to use and understand the OAuth 2.0 flow."

π Login to your Structurely account here
Navigate to your Structurely CRM integrations page and toggle "on" the GoHighLevel option π
Click "Connect to GoHighLevel" on the pop-up window πβ
You will be sent to the GoHighLevel site (login if you haven't already) to complete the OAuth process π
Once this authorization is complete, you will be sent back to the Structurely Integrations page - where you should now see that GoHighLevel has been successfully connected π
Customize your Workflows for enrollment + muting
Visit "CRM Integrations" within your Structurely HomeChat once more to start customizing your first workflow π
π Select "Customize Workflow"
Workflows are listed in priority order (top-down), based on the first applicable scenario to trigger enrollment and/or muting. If there are no pre-existing workflows, the "Create" button will be the only option visible here π

π The 2 supported event types at the current moment are "Job Updated" and "Appointment Updated" (choose from the dropdown).
π You will also need to choose a trigger that must be met in order to carry out the specified action.
(e.g. if an updated job has a Job Category of X or if an appointment is updated with a priority of Y.. or perhaps any job updated from lead source Z)
π Last but certainly not least, you will want to select if these parameters are indicating that a lead should be enrolled (conversation started) or muted/unmuted (AI conversation paused/unpaused).
If the desired action is to "Mute" the AI conversation, be sure to toggle "on" the option for both Mute Text AI + Mute Voice AI

π Once your desired criteria has been specified, be sure to confirm the creation of the workflow using the "Create Workflow" button. π

We do NOT recommend bulk enrolling your entire contact list at once (unless it is a very small list).
Doing so may result in an overwhelming number of follow up notifications suddenly flooding your team as Structurely's AI assistant qualifies those leads simultaneously (and passes along various questions that are too in-depth to be handled automatically).
