👋 Let's get Holmes setup with your Zillow account.
Here's how to get setup:
👉 Login to your Zillow account
👉 Hover over "Agent Hub" on the far right of your dashboard 👇
👉 Select "Account" 👇
👉 Select "Click here" where it says "notifications are now handled through the Premier Agent app..." 👇
👉 Select "Settings" from the PremierAgent navigation bar 👇
👉 Click "Lead Forwarding" in the "Inbox" panel section 👇
👉 Click on "Edit lead forwarding settings >" 👇
👉 Under the "Forward all email leads" section select the "Forward indefinitely" toggle button 👇
👉 Enter your email@example.com email in the "Forward to" field 👇
👉 Don't forget to hit the "Save" button 😸
🎊 Nice job, your Zillow leads will now be responded to by Holmes!
Okay, so here's how to make sure it's working
Go to a contact form that funnels to your Zillow account on your website and fill out the lead inquiry form.
Please use your own name and phone number to fill out this test form. 😅
👍 You should have now received a response from Holmes via SMS through your Holmes Phone Number to the number you filled out.
You should also see a new lead in your Holmes Dashboard with the lead's contact details and with the message Holmes responded with.
